Deposits
Because our services are in high demand, a 50% deposit is required at booking prior to the start of
service for overnight stays. This deposit needs to be recieved before the due date on your statement. Kristy's Pet Sitting reserves the right to book another client if your deposit is not paid on time.
A 50% deposit is also required for any service package totaling
$200 or more.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel any of your scheduled services please
refer to the cancellation policy below to see what your
charges will be.
• Less than 1 week notice prior to any service: None of your deposit
is refundable.
• 1-2 week notice prior to any service: 50% of your deposit will be
refunded.
• More than 2 week notice prior to any service: Your deposit will be
reimbursed in full. |

We have a very
high demand for overnight dog sitting and have to turn away
clients since we limit the number of animals staying with us. With
the 2 weeks notice policy, we can still book for cancelled time.
Holiday Rates
There is a $10.00 surcharge for services provided on major
holidays listed on the availability calendar. Some examples are
holidays such as New Years Eve Day, New Years Day, Martin Luther
King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day,
and Christmas Day. Please note that these are not all of the
holidays. Again, please check the calendar for holidays with a
surcharge.
Drop Off / Pick Up Times
You may schedule to drop off or pick up your pets between 8:00 am
and 8:00 pm. If you need to schedule another time to drop off,
please be advised that there will be a $10.00 charge.
Transportation
I am available to pick up or drop off your pet. However, due to
the space in my vehicle, I can only transport small to medium size
dogs as well as other small pets. Pets must travel well in a
crate. Mileage will be calculated ahead of time using Google Maps.
Tips and Gratuities
Tips and gratuities are NEVER expected, but for a job well-done
tips are always appreciated!

We typically only allow one
family of dogs to stay with us at a time. That means we have one or two dogs
vacationing with us. Sometimes, I will have other pets (rabbits, hamsters,
etc.) staying with us when we have a family of dogs.
